What JULY Relay is

JULY Relay is the publishing service behind JULY apps (for example Post AI Pro). When you connect a social account inside a JULY app, the app asks JULY Relay to run that platform's sign-in, store the resulting access token and publish the posts you create to that account.

What we store

• The account identity the platform returns: its id, display name, handle and avatar URL.
• The access and refresh tokens the platform issues, encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM). They are decrypted only inside the server process that publishes your posts, never shown to anyone and never written to logs.
• The posts you ask us to publish (text, the public URLs of your media, the schedule) and the result the platform reported (post id, URL, error message).
• Post metrics the platform exposes (for example likes, comments, views), fetched for up to 30 days after publishing.
• An audit log of connection, publishing and deletion events for security and support.

We do not store your media files; they are read from the URL you provide while publishing and discarded.

What we do not do

We never post without an explicit request from the app you use, never read your private messages, never sell or share your data with third parties and never use your content to train AI models.

Platforms

Publishing uses the official APIs of Threads, Pinterest, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube and Google Business Profile. Each platform's own terms and privacy policy apply to what happens on that platform. YouTube connections use YouTube API Services and are subject to the Google Privacy Policy; you can revoke JULY Relay's access at any time in your Google security settings.

Deleting your data

Disconnecting an account inside the app deletes its tokens immediately. You can also use the data deletion page. Post history is kept for 90 days for support and then removed.

Where data lives

Data is stored in Canada (ca-central-1) with encrypted connections and encrypted backups.
